Astérapolis Accord

The Astérapolis Accord is an agreement signed between Prince Utas Enrique Naian, Lord of Hoffenheim, incidentally, concurrent Chancellor of the Order of the Holy Lakes, and Giakoumis II, Lord of Delfinenstrand, incidentally, concurrent Basileus of the Imperial State of Constancia. This was done in the course of the Constancian Conclave.
This agreement promised mutual cooperation in internal Natopian political dynamics, social and economic assistance, as well as further coordination in infrastructure development.
It was essentially invalidated in light of the Whales Confrontation, Natopian Withdrawal from Whales, and Integration of Walstadt and Light into the Aemilian Federation, a few months later.
