The Natopian Order of Imperial Civil Excellence (NOICE) is an award given by the Emperor of the Natopians to long-serving public servants.
History
A previous award, a 3 Year Service Pin, was awarded in 2005. This award was proposed in 1644 by Empress Asara Waffel-Paine.
Grades
The ribbon of the order is black, blue, and green.
The Order of Imperial Civil Excellence comes in five classes as follows:
- (SNO) Sovereign - His Most Bovic Majesty the Emperor of the Natopians Nathan II is Sovereign of this Order.
- (HNO) Heroic Knight/Dame - Public servants that have served satisfactorily for over 48 Natopian years. Carries with it the dignity of being addressed as Sir/Dame [first name] in Natopia, if the recipient has no higher honorific.
- (KNO) Knight/Dame - Public servants that have served satisfactorily for over 24 Natopian years. Carries with it the dignity of being addressed as Sir/Dame [first name] in Natopia, if the recipient has no higher honorific.
- (CNO) Companion - Public servants that have served satisfactorily for over 12 Natopian years.
- (ANO) Associate - Public servants that have served satisfactorily for over 6 Natopian years.
