Foreign affairs of Byalia

The foreign affairs of Byalia are the responsibility of the Advisory of Diplomacy and Intelligence. They are responsible for bilateral and multilateral relations between Byalia and foreign countries and organizations, consular affairs and national security.

Visa policy

Byalia has a unique visa system. Namely, all subjects entering Byalia by border checkpoints, ports or airports must obtain a visa. Subjects coming from countries with established Byalic embassies have an option to obtain a visa at the embassies in their countries, otherwise their visa will have to be obtained at the port of entry, just like the citizens of the countries with no Byalic embassies. To obtain a visa, all subjects aged 15 and older must answer to the series of questions regarding the purpose, desired duration of stay and vice background. Obtained visa can be as short as one day (transit) or five years (naturalization).
