Rusjar (Ruthenian: Русжар, Ruszhar); In Babkhi: Rozh-e-shahr) is the capital of Zeed and its constituent republic Rusenia. Its population is circa 3 million. Approximately 45% of the population, a plurality, consider themselves to be Rusenian.
