Furthermore, the Act directs public funding to the civilian authorities in East Barrow to manage the immigration situation.

1700	8	13	Holy Lakes Air Training Plan Act 1700	Passed (8-0-0, 1 absentee)	Authorises the creation of a flight training programme charged increasing the number of civilian pilots available to the Hurmu Air Service, Hurmu Constabulary, and the Hurmu Peace Corps. In gratitude for the good faith shown in the adherence of Nouvelle Alexandrie to the Treaty of Ciudad Howard, the Holy Lakes Air Training Plan would also extend to applicants named by the Council of State. Aviation schools and their assets established under the programme would also be available to members of the Order of the Holy Lakes for the training of selected members of their retinues.
