Also known as Kamran Osman and Kamran-e Osman. Founder and commander of the Martyr Jamshid-e Osman Combined Brigade, a volunteer militia raised during the 1719–1720 Hurmu civil conflict that acquired its name in honour of his father, Jamshid-e Osman, who perished during the defence of the Palace of the Elenaran.
Member of the Twelfth Senate of the Senate of the Lakes since 12.VIII.1729. Appointed Deputy Minister for Civil Defence during the Secretariat of Talal Sayfasad beginning 16.III.1746, serving under Minister of Civil Defence Prince Alexander Amirzadeh Augustin.
