The All Corum Congress Party (A.C.C.P.) is an expansionist party in Kurum Ash-Sharqia and New Batavia. It was founded in Kurum Ash-Sharqia by Samira Vandale and Hassan Ndiaye in 1720 AN as a reaction to the expansion of New Batavia into southern Corum.

Kurum Ash-Sharqian chapter
The Kurum Ash-Sharqian chapter was the orginal chapter since 1720 AN. The party entered Al-Majlis Al-Watani after the 1724 Kurum Ash-Sharqia general election. The A.C.C.P. decided to support a minorty cabinet. In 1728 AN the party fully joined the IPP-led majority.
New Batavian chapter
The New Batavian chapter was founded in 1728 AN and entered the Majlis-ash-Shoera in 1730 AN. The succesfull foundation of this chapter may have boosted the popularity of the party in Kurum Ash-Sharqia.
