Haasil Al-Thaani (Second Haasil) is a governorate of the Islamic Republic of New Batavia. It was established as a governorate after the 2023 expansion and was partly carved out of the governorates of Al-Akhdar.
The governorate's economy consists mainly of agriculture and livestock.
