Al-Ard Al-Moestasliha (reclaimed land or polder) is a governorate of the Sultanate of Kurum Ash-Sharqia. It was established as a governorate of the Islamic Republic of New Batavia in 1695 AN and seceded after a referendum in 1699 AN. A great part of the surface area of this governorate is made out of polders, reclaimed on lakes, marshes and flood plains.
The governorate's economy consists mainly of agriculture and market garden.
