Li Raion Naomiai Avon-El Ayreon-Kalirion ibn al-Majeed al-Osman bin Sathrati of Waffel-Paine (born in Michaelion was a ShirerithianElwynneseNatopianHurmu royal of the Line of Ayreon-Kalirion. Senator of the Lakes (1690–1722), Presiding officer of the Senate (1702–1722), Chancellor of the Order of the Holy Lakes (1695–1722). Regent of Shireroth 1672–1674. Empress consort of the Natopians (1647–1653). In 1642, aged 15, she was joined in marriage with the then eleven-year old Prince Zakyyr as a practical joke by Prince Adam. Bound by duty and on the strong advice of their parents, they remained married until she, citing irreconcilable differences (in her opinion, mainly due to Zakyyr's unwillingness to have children), announced their divorce in 1655. Titled Duchess of Hoffenheim thereafter. Married Prince Aldin in 1656, with whom she had a son in 1657, David. Chancellor of Natopia, 1656–1661 . Named Marchioness of Sentratera by Kaiser Ayreon IV upon his coronation in 1661. First Lady of Elwynn 1658–1661 when her husband was elected Prince. Named Princess of Klaasiya in 1658 by the Tsarina of Klaasiya. Gave birth 1662 to a daughter, Abigail. In Shireroth, Chamberlain of the Imperial Household (1649–1650), Minister of the Exterior, 1661–1663 and 1666–1672, Member of the Imperial Advisory Council of Kaiseress Noor (1649–1650), Kaiser Ayreon IV (1661–1672) and Kaiseress Salome (1672–1674). Moved back to Natopia in 1674, where she became Vicereine and Frenzy delegate of the Two Martyrs.

In 1676, she returned to her birth country Elwynn to serve in the transition government of the Northern Commonwealth as President of the Northern Congress with her husband as Conducator. At the same time, she became a member of the Democratic Party of Elwynn, refusing to rejoin the Ayreonist Independence Party (which in her opinion was far too egalitarian and liberal). In 1678, she became the president of the Elwynnese congress and returned to the Council of Eliria, a position which she held until 1680, when after the congress elections that year, the Democrats suffered, and Li Naomiai resigned, leaving the party in the hands of Helena Strand. Remained Secretary of Legal Affairs in the Imperial Council of Natopia.

Elected one of three members of the Board of Directors of the Transegale Trading Company on 7.VI.1684 to succeed the deceased sole director Isabella Simrani-Kalirion.

In 1689, the regent of Whales, Áþamé Issèla Mari Vāstra, suddenly resigned the regency in favour of Li Naomiai, who she also appointed as Lady of the New Territories. Li Naomiai, having been asked to step up by the former Regent, had agreed to it, and immediately flew to Walstadt to take charge of the government there, which she did until the Prince came of age as planned in early 1692.

In 1690, she was elected to the Senate of the Lakes in Hurmu. She set up a household in Vesüha, and was known to frequent the EliriaHellistelliVesüha Boreal Air Bridge route until the breakout of the Second Elwynnese Civil War. Subsequently she made permanent her residence in Hurmu, and was re-elected to the Senate in the subsequent elections until the permanentation of the Senate by the Charter for the Order of the Holy Lakes in 1720.

Second cousin of Jeremiah Avon-El and Ander Avon-El, and was the great aunt of Kaiseress Salome and Prince Kir of Whales. Mother of the Queen of Nouvelle-Alexandrie and grandmother of the heir-apparent.

She divided her time between Lindström, Shirekeep, Walstadt, and Vesüha, owning properties in all these cities.

She became frailer after the suicide of her son David in 1721, and was hospitalized on 10.VI.1722. In the end, her life could not be saved, and she passed away with her daughter and grandchildren by her side on 15.VI.1722.

Her will was published the same day. She lay in state for the next five days in Parlerment House in Huyenkula, and was visited by Hurmudans from all walks of life. On the sixth day, her body was transferred to the Chapel of the Ancient Lakes in Kaupang for a Bovic state funeral. Senators and other dignaties from Hurmu, as well as from the whole world, attended, with particular note to her Nouvelle Alexandrie royal family. Between her death and funeral, Hurmu flags flew half-mast across all of the country.
