Helena Strand (born 16.IV.1638 AN) is a former schoolteacher and Elw politician. She served as Princess of Elwynn from 1683 AN until her sudden death by heart attack in 1685 AN. She was the leader of the Democratic Party of Elwynn from 1680 AN until 1684 AN. She served as Conducător of the Congressional Counties from 1681–1683 AN.
