He ascended the Golden Mango Throne at the age of three. As such, a regent is in place for him, Rafi Hakimi bin Alsalam.

Name

Cedric's family name Ayreon-Kalirion ibn al-Majeed al-Osman bin Sathrati of Waffel-Paine consists of a number of components; Ayreon-Kalirion is his bloodline, ibn al-Majeed ("descendant of Majeed") refers to the founder of the Simrani family Simran ibn al-Majeed, al-Osman refers to his belonging to the House of Osman, bin Sathrati means that he is a descendant of the first Emir of Sathrati, Rashid Arsalani (Kaiser Ayreon), and Waffel-Paine is his dynastic house from his father's great grandfather Nathan Waffel-Paine.

At birth, he was given the names Cedric Kōmei Zarathustra. Cedric was chosen to honour his parents' shared spiritual descent from Mondo (Mondo's grandfather was named Cedric). Kōmei (昊明; Jing reading: Hàomíng) honours his Sangunese and Jing heritage, and means, liberally translated, 'brightness of the great sky'. 昊 (; hào) is the intended generation name for any future siblings, and, possibly, his paternal cousins. Zarathustra honours his Babkhi heritage, and alludes also to Duke Ruhan Zarathustra Erudinzadeh of Goldshire.

His family nickname is Ricky.

Biography

Kaiser Ayreon VI, or Ricky as he is known in his family, was born and grew up in Raynor's Keep. He is close to his cousin Electra Penguinwaffels (whom he calls Sparks).

At the age of three, his father died during the funeral of Ricky's great great grandfather Hon ben Gyoku on 10.VI.1749. Ricky then became kaiser but, due to still being a toddler, he would have to have a regent until he reaches the age of 18. The first regent appointed was Rafi Hakimi bin Alsalam, Duke of Vidarstadt.
