#The Green of Noorðmannaland shall be divided between Amaland and Karnamark, with the border between them running along the 55th parallel North.

"The Green of Noorðmannaland used to be part of [[Stormark]] ([[Normandie|especially the northern part]]), and thus Vanicism is strong here. The bill was supported by all camps but the [[Conservative Party of Hurmu|Conservative faction]]. The Conservative faction has a policy of opposing Hurmu expansions.
