The 2019 FMF World Cup qualification rounds were the confederational qualifying competitions for the 2019 FMF World Cup, the twelfth tournament of its kind.
Each of the four FMF confederations were given a quota of berths to be filled, with two nations earning automatic places; hosts Birgeshir (CTFA) and 2017 winners Tellia (WMFA). The following number of guaranteed places were assigned to each confederation:
A further two places were reserved for the winners of the interconfederational play-offs, which were contested between the teams that finished as the best group runners-up in each of the four confederations.

After finishing with identical records, Talenore, Nova English Korea and New Sussex faced tiebreaking criteria. They were split by the results of their six shared matches, with Talenore's cumulative six points bettering Nova English Korea's five and New Sussex's three.

The worst runner-up was calculated considering the number of games played in the smallest-sized group within the confederation. The best two runners-up in the confederation advanced to the finals, while the worst runner-up advanced to the play-offs.

Interconfederational play-offs
The interconfederational play-offs were contested by four teams: the worst group runner-up from the EMUFA and the best group runner-up from each of the other three confederational qualifying rounds. The four teams competed over two-legged knock-out play-offs, with AEFA playing CTFA and EMUFA playing WMFA, with the two winners advancing to the finals.
