The point is that you can't create clubs within another nation without permission. So the fact that you've made them slightly across their respective borders was incorrect in the first place. They're Senyan teams playing in the Senyan league as far as the FMF is concerned; similar to how Ad & Tkir United are completely a Hammish team despite playing within Taeland's borders.
