The Microvision Song Contest 2020 was the seventh edition of the reorganised and rebranded contest—the twenty-first hosting overall—and had a total of 33 entrants. It was held at the Esagila of Raynor in Shirekeep, which had been renovated into a convention center, and was won by Alduria-Wechua.

This contest is notable for having an official MicrasCast results episode recorded by Edgard Carrillo and Ric Lyon.

Entries

The contest received 33 entries, setting a record for the most amount of entries for an individual Microvision, although one was ultimately disqualified. The Kaiseress watched each performance in person from the Imperial Loge, and met with each group following their time on stage.
