Al-Moestanqa’at (the swamps) is a governorate of the Islamic Republic of New Batavia. A great part of the surface area of this governorate is made out of swamps and wetlands. It was established as a governorate in 2021 AD.
The governorate's economy consists mainly of forestry and ecotourism.
