Ambarganj (Adarani: अंबरगंज; Arboric: العنبرجانج) is the capital of Parvatalaya, a raajy of Haritdesh, in Çakaristan. The name "Ambarganj" means "amber treasure". Earlier, the city had the name "Jayagarh". The city is located on the Prime Meridian and on the banks of the Adarani River. Parts of the city flooded in 1728 AN during the Khordad Floods.

The city is home to the Uchchatar Ambarganj.

The city is home to Ambarganj University, founded in 1681 AN.

The Apollonian Express has a stop in the city.

Every year, the city is the start or finish of the Tricycle Tour.

The vehicle manufacturer Qaghta Motors has its headquarters in the city.
