Peace is the fruit of justice
The official motto of the Çakar Empire is: "Peace is the fruit of justice" (Babkhi: صلح ثمره عدالت است). This motto was chosen during the so-called Second Çakar Revolution in the conclusion of the Çakari succession crisis in 1704 AN. The motto is written on the ribbon of the coat of arms.
The motto in several languages:
Language | Motto | Transliteration |
---|---|---|
Babkhi | صلح ثمره عدالت است | solh thamareh 'edalt ast |
Adarani | शांति न्याय का फल है | santi n'yaya ka phala hai |
Arboric | السلام ثمرة العدل | alsalam thamarat aleadl |
Common tongue | Peace is the fruit of justice | none |
Catologian | opus iustitiae pax | none |
Origin
The motto is a combination of the motto of the Great Apollonian Empire: Pax Apollonica - Pax Mundi (Peace on Apollonia, peace in the world) and of the Emirate of Arbor in Barikalus: Justice and Faith (Arboric: العدل والإيمان). The emirate's motto is also the motto of the House of Vinandy: Justitiae et Fides.
Historic
The earlier motto of Çakaristan was: There is no god, but Craitgod (Arboric: لا إله إلا كريت إله). This is the creed of Craitism, which is testified daily by believers.
