Bhavybai (Adarani: भावीबाई; Koriya: Бхавибај) is the capital of Bulqan. Earlier, the city had the name "Grandbay". The city is located at the mouth of the Barax on the Gulf of Stephanus.
Since 1722 AN, the city has formed a sister city with Kunapura, The Hexarchy.
The city is home for Bulqan Bhavybai FC at Plavi Park.
