The Fontainebleau Summit on Alliance Revitalization is a diplomatic conference of Raspur Pact member states scheduled to convene in Fontainebleau, Alduria, Nouvelle Alexandrie in early 1752 AN. Hosted by the government of Nouvelle Alexandrie, the summit aims to address questions of alliance governance, membership status, and institutional reform that have remained unresolved since the outbreak of the Benacian War in 1733 AN.

The conference will take place at the Hotel Metropole, the historic venue where the Fontainebleau Accords were negotiated beginning in 1691 AN and where Raspur Pact leadership convened during the 1745 AN crisis preceding the Fourth Euran War.

Background

The Raspur Pact's central governing mechanisms, including the Permanent Commission and Joint Military Council, became non-functional following the Benacian War (1738 AN-1741 AN). During this period, the Continental Theatre Commands continued to operate effectively as autonomous entities under the direction of their designated lead nations: Natopia for Apollonia Command and Cibola Command, Nouvelle Alexandrie for Keltia Command, Constancia for Trans-Euran Command, and the Benacian Union for Benacia Command.

The Fourth Euran War of 1745 AN demonstrated continued operational coordination among member states despite the absence of formal political oversight, with the Trans-Euran Command successfully conducting operations against the National Salvation Council regime in Oportia.

Membership questions

Statements made by Shirerithian officials following the Treaty of Lorsdam in 1741 AN were widely interpreted as repudiating the alliance framework. No formal process has addressed these statements in the subsequent decade, leaving the question of Shireroth's membership status unresolved.

CATO and parallel structures

The establishment of the Concord Alliance Treaty Organization (CATO) in 1741 AN, comprising Nouvelle Alexandrie, Natopia, Oportia, Vegno, and East Zimia and the Wallis Islands, created a parallel defense framework with specialized focus on Alexandrium technology, space operations, and advanced weapons systems. The relationship between CATO and the broader Raspur Pact structure remains undefined.

Invitations to the summit were extended by the government of Nouvelle Alexandrie to all active Raspur Pact member states:
