Warren James Ferdinand (born 25.VIII.1685 AN) is a New Alexandrian economist and civil servant who has served as Secretary of Treasury in the Council of State of Nouvelle Alexandrie since 1739 AN. Before his appointment, he was a distinguished professor of economics at the University of Cárdenas, where he gained recognition for his research on monetary policy and fiscal stabilization.
As Secretary of Treasury under Premier Juan Pablo Jimenez, he has been credited with implementing crucial financial reforms during the Spring Crisis of 1739 and designing key economic components of the A Better Deal program. His tenure has been characterized by conservative fiscal policies, strong coordination with the Federal Bank of Nouvelle Alexandrie, and successful management of post-crisis economic recovery initiatives.
