The Fontainebleau Conference of 1745 AN (12–24.I.1745) was a meeting held in the eponymous city to discuss the revivification of the core institutions of the Raspur Pact. Attendance was limited to the secretariats of the relevant subordinate institutions, including continental theatre commands, which had continued in operation after the Permanent Committee and Joint Military Command had fallen into abeyance during the Shiro-Benacian War. The attendance of national delegations was expressly prohibited, as the conference was primarily an opportunity for the permanent bureaucracy of the paramount international order to reorientate itself after years of alternating chaos and inertia.
