Isabella Betancourt (born 11.X.1697 AN) is a Natopian politician, former military intelligence officer, and current Chancellor of Natopia, serving since 1737 AN.
Early life and education
Born in Borders City, Klaasiya, Betancourt is the only child of Federico Betancourt, a professor of literature them working at Borders City University, and Fiona Rootfoster, a civil servant. Her family moved to the city of Triegon, Dos Gardenias two years after her birth in 1699 AN when her father obtained a job at the Imperial University of Alexandria. She was valedictorian at the Academy of Triegon before attending the Free and Imperial City College of Lindstrom, where she studied Economics and Political Philosophy, graduating summa cum laude in 1714 AN. She won a special endowment that allowed her to earn a second degree in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from the Imperial University of Alexandria in Triegon by 1717 AN.
