It is the only landlocked territory in Phinbella, bordering the territory of Orange Free State to the north and west, the district of Tanah Adélie administered by Oriental Taemhwan SAR to the north, Turku and Hōri to the northeast, Héi'an district to the east and the Federal Special Capital Territory area of the Highland Bank, New Territories to the south. Ïeu'ryádoche has a land area of 2,197.96 square kilometres divided into two traditional speaking areas: the northern region known as White Ïeu'ryádoche which is an Alexandrian-speaking area, and the southern region known as Carpatho-Ïeu'ryádoche which is an Phineaner and Sangunese-speaking area. Its capital and largest city is Saporok, it is located in Carpatho-Ïeu'ryádoche region and approximely 70~80 kilometers from Phinbellan national capital, Negara Awan.

The territory of Ïeu'ryádoche is the homeland of an ethnic group known as the Ïeu'ryádoches, which is an ethnic group native to and making majority of the population of this territory. As of 1736 AN estimate, the state's population was 529,881 peoples. Ïeu'ryádoche has diverse of rainforests and have two distinct climates in each area: a cold highland subtropical climate in most of the territory and a subarctic climate in a small part of the territory. The Crocker-Supriadi Mountains or known as the Phinbellan Carpathian Mountains and the Dent Highlands are the main mountains in Ïeu'ryádoche. Mount Swettenham, at 1,861 metres, located near the border of Ïeu'ryádoche and FSCT, is the highest point in the territory.

Ïeu'ryádoche was colonized by the Kingdom of Sikin in -110BP and governed the territory until -40BP, when the Federation of Forajasaki was formed, to which the State of Sikin joined. It was followed by the Shintarian colonialists, who governed until RP 2600. Ïeu'ryádoche was ruled separately from the Shintarian Crown Colony of Turku. Until 1738 AN, Ïeu'ryádoche was formerly an administrative district of Oriental Hispanioéire Taemhwan since its integration into that entity in RP 2609. Ïeu'ryádoche was a new state that was admitted to Phinbella on 20.XI.1738 AN after the federal government and the regional government of Oriental Hispanioéire Taemhwan signed the Treaty of Pos Jor which handed over the territory to the federation on 14.IV.1739 AN. The head of state is the Governor or Yang di-Pertua Wilayah, and the head of government is the Menteri Besar (Chief Minister). Government is closely modelled on the Consensus parliamentary system with the influence of Swiss-influenced administrative system, with the territorial administration divided into administrative districts.

Ïeu'ryádoche has a diverse ethnic, cultural and linguistic background, like other territories in Phinbella, this territory also has its own culture, especially the cultures of the Ïeu'ryádoches, Phineaners, Rusyns and Eurphineonesians. The arrival of other ethnic groups such as the Sangunese, Taesongean, Taemhwanian, Drusselsteinian, Germanian, Jewish, Jäälaiset and Rao due to historical migrations has also played an important role in maintaining the identity of this territory. Phineaner, Sangunese, Alexandrian, Romansh and Yapreayan as well as Istvanistani are recognized as official languages of this territory, however, Phineaner dialects such as Ïeu'ryádochian, Gangwol, Taemhwanian and Yeoseotgo'eul creole were spoken and are the main speech varieties in this territory. Ïeu'ryádochian Phineaner is a dialect originating from this territory with its own characteristics and vocabulary compared to other Phineaner dialects. The Phineaner dialects and the own culture is an important part of local identity. Until now, even after being transferred from Oriental Taemhwan, Ïeu'ryádoche is a major tourist destination throughout the year, especially at the end and beginning of the year, including a large number of resort towns on both major mountains. Ïeu'ryádoche, especially its capital, Saporok is connected to Negara Awan by the Highland Bank-Carpatho-Ïeu'ryádoche Dispersal Expressway from Karak, and the Yeoseotgo'eul Line or Rumble Line operated by the Phinbellan National Railways from Pos Jor. The territory is also renowned for its extensive network of narrow gauge railway line, operated by Karpathian Railways, and connecting the capital with most of the villages in Ïeu'ryádoche and also Batang Padang.
