The free area of the Federation (Phineaner: Kawasan Bebas Persekutuan; Taesongean: 연맹의 자유지구; RR: Yeonmaeng-ui Jayu Jigu), also known as the "Phinbellan area of the Federation" (Phineaner: Kawasan Persekutuan Phinbella; Taesongean: 핀벨라연맹의 지구; RR: Phinbella Yeonmaeng-ui Jigu) or also the "Federation of Phinbella" (Phineaner: Persekutuan Phinbella), or simply "Phinbellan Area", is a term used by the government of the Federal Republic of Phinbella to refer to one of the three autonomous entities that compose the federal state in the Cyber-Island Chain, where the territories are under the actual control of the federation, the other entities are being Oriental Hispanioéire Taemhwan and Niuē i Taman Lawang.
These terms are used in the "Supplementary Articles of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Phinbella", and this entity is a combination of 16 constitutional territories, 6 special administrative territories and 6 directly administered territories. This entity was created after the Noumeas Agreement in RP 2615.
The free area of the Federation has the capital, chief executive, parliament, customs, police department and army. The capital of this entity is the Negara Awan which has a population of 1.6 million people, and the largest city is Bandar Baru Fatin which has a population of 2.4 million people.
