The federal directly-administered territories of Phinbella is a type of administrative division in Phinbella, especially in the Free area of the Federation. The federal directly-administered territories comprise six territories — the Phinbellan Unincorporated Territory, Federal Special Capital Territory, Territory of Flower, Maritime Kachi Kochi, the Straits Settlements and the Extraterritorial Authority of the Refugee Camp and Immigrant Settlements Area. Unlike the federated territories and special administrative territories which have their own governments, these six territories are federal territories governed partially or fully administered by the Phinbellan federal government. The Federal Special Capital Territory is a territory where Phinbella's national capital, Negara Awan, is located since RP 2616, while the Territory of Flower is a territory whose capital has the status of a free city. While the three territories located in Phinbellan waters, especially in the Captive Sea and Ieu'ryan Strait, together form the Phinbellan Maritime Territories.
