The Parliament of Phinbella (Phineaner: Parlimen Phinbella; Jawi: ‏ڤرليمن ڤينبيللا; Taesongean: 핀벨라 국회; RR: Phinbella Gukhoe; MR: P'inbella Gukhoi; Batavian: Staten van Phinbella; Afrikaans: Die parlement van Phinbella; Romansh: Il parlament da Finbella), officially the Parliament of the Federal Republic of Phinbella (Phineaner: Parlimen Repablik Persekutuan Phinbella; Jawi: ‏ڤرليمن ريڤوبليك ڤرسكوتوان ڤينبيللا; Taesongean: 핀벨라연방공화국 국회; RR: Phinbella Yeonbang Gonghwaguk Gukhoe; MR: P'inbella Yŏnbang Konghwaguk Kukhoi; Batavian: Staten van de Federale Republiek van Phinbella; Afrikaans: Parlement van die Federale Republiek van Phinbella; Romansh: Il parlament da la Republica Federala Finbella), is a legislature in Phinbella, a realm in the Order of the Holy Lakes, based on the Britannic Westminster system. Established in 1729 AN to replace the unicameral Federal Legislative Assembly, the Parliament is bicameral, consisting of the House of Majilis (lower house; Phineaner: Dewan Majilis) and the House of Senate (upper house; Phineaner: Dewan Senat). The President of Phinbella is the third component of Parliament. General elections are held every 2 years, and the first general election was held on 13–24.XIV.1728 AN.

Phinbellan House of Parliament located in Nilam Puri, Negara Awan, is the seat where Parliament assemblies. This building was built in 1715 AN when the legislation was in the process of bicameralisation. The House of Senate consists of 100 seats and the House of Majilis consists of 243 seats (there will be an addition of 140 seats in 1747 AN). Members of the House of Senate are often known as Senators, while members of the House of Majilis are known as Members of Parliament (MP). Of the 243 seats in the House of Majilis, 172 are directly elected from single-member geographical constituencies, while six are from aboriginal constituencies, the remaining 63 representatives are from special administrative regions, where they are elected from party lists.
