The Territory of Taemhwanian Frontier Settlements Area (Sangunese: テムファン国境集落領域, translit.: Temufan Kokkyō Shūraku Ryōiki?, Phineaner: Wilayah Penempatan Perbatasan Taemhwan; Taemhwanian Phineaner: Wilayoh Penepaté Pebatah'sé Temhwan; Alexandrian: Territoire de l'Établissements frontaliers de Taemhwanais; Irish: Críoch Limistéar Lonnaíochtaí Teorann Taemhwan; TFSA, WPPT, CLLTT or TEFT) is an autonomous territorial unit of Oriental Hispanioéire Taemhwan established by the Taemhwanian government without administrative functions. This territory consists of five districts are:

  1. Department Yapreay Authorities, a cluster of settlements on an archipelago located between the Tri-State Area, the Straits Settlements and the Islands of Dong Ping.
  2. Islas del Tropico, a group adjacent to the Carey Islands and New Territories.
  3. Terre Adélie, a Taemhwanian claim that was once administered jointly with the Free area of the Federation and had an enclave administered by the Forajasaki.
  4. Gugusan Kanthō-Keinetsu and Amsterdam Islands, a group of settlements and islands located along the South Coast, between the Territory of the Orange Free State and the CNPPT, most of the area being administered by the Free area of the Federation and claimed by the Taemhwanians.
  5. Scattered Islands, a group of islands scattered around the coast of the Padang Terap, Panglima Bayu, Sungai Chor and Sarkies-Masan areas, approximately between 25 to 35 kilometers from the coast.

The whole territorial unit has a permanent population of over 900 thousand people, and this territory has the military bases of the Oriental Taemhwan Army especially mostly in the Scattered Islands and the Department Yapreay Authorities. The position of this territory is located between the borders of the Free area of the Federation in both directions. The territorial unit is home to the most distinctive mixed Eurphineonesian or creole community known as the Scattered Islands Frontier Creole, as it emerged in the -40BPs as a combination of several ethnic groups immigrating to the Scattered Islands. This territorial unit has a very distinctive culture due to the combination of ethnic groups and has a Phineaner-based creole, where this creole has a mixture of Orange Free State and Taemhwanian dialects and has a strong influence with Sangunese and Betawi and several other immigrant languages. It also has a creole based on the Sangunese language where it is mixed with the Taemhwanian Phineaner dialect.

Although it was established in RP 2600, in the same year, this territorial unit along with two others were streamlined and became a non-self-governing administrative unit and it was administered by one administrator. Its administrative functions are transferred to the Entity Administrative Authority and executive bodies as well as district local governments.

Administration

This territorial unit was formed in RP 2600, previously the area was under the administration of the county of Saint John and the Islands. It was formed following the autonomy in this area guaranteed by the Basic Law and only governed by the Territorial Unit Act 2600. After Oriental Hispanioéire Taemhwan joined Phinbella in RP 2615, the status of this autonomous territorial unit was maintained but there were changes in this act. As an autonomous territorial unit, it is governed by an administrator, and the post of head of government has not yet been established.

The Territory of Taemhwanian Frontier Settlements Area is divided into five administrative districts, and each district is administered by district officers and the District and Land Office. The district officer has the authority to handle tax collection, record birth and death data, and appoint the district police chief.

This territory has a population including those living in the atoll area, residents in this territory can only vote representatives from this territory for the Oriental Hispanioéire Taemhwan legislative assembly.
