Phinbellan Aborigines are the indigenous people and the oldest inhabitants of Phinbella. It is known as Orang Asli, is a generic Phineaner word commonly used in Phinbella. The Phinbellan Aborigines are made up of many different races with different backgrounds and cultures. The Phinbellan Aborigines or better known as bumiputera, consists of at least 14 groups using more than 9 languages and no less than 40 dialects and is categorized into three groups.

In Phinbella, the responsibility of managing customary land, development, welfare and Aboriginal affairs is placed under the Department of Indigenous Development of the Federal Republic of Phinbella.
