Héi'an (Sangunese: 平安, translit.: Heian?, Yapreayan: Héian), officially known as District of Héi'an (Sangunese: 平安地区, translit.: Heian Chiku?, Phineaner: Daerah Héi'an) is an administrative district of Oriental Hispanioéire Taemhwan, a special administrative territory of Phinbella. The district covers an area of 847.34 square kilometers (327.16 sq mi) consisting of Héi'an Land and the Amsterdam Islands. Héi'an borders the district of Ïeu'ryádoche to the west, the Scattered Islands to the northeast, the Ssamaritan Islands to the east and Isla del Tropico to the south, it also borders the territories of Turku and Hōri and Dindings to the north, the Federal Special Capital Territory (mainly the Highland Bank) to the southwest and the Kantō-shū Islands to the southeast. Its administrative center is in Martin-de-Viviès and has two municipalities and fourteen communes. Until RP 2619, Héi'an has a population of 946,092 people with a density of 1,100 people per square kilometer.
