Foreign affairs of Drak-Modan
The tense situation on Benacia has made foreign policy a top priority. There are three pillars of Drak-Modani foreign policy: 1) Natopian alignment; 2) One Kaiser; and 3) Heterophobia. Drak-Modan is still somewhat reliant upon support from Natopia, and in turn, is mostly aligned with Natopian foreign policy, including relations with other Raspur Pact members. Drak-Modan also follows a One Kaiser Policy, where it rejects any state or group that does not recognize Salome Ayreon-Kalirion as the Kaiseress of the Imperial Republic of Shireroth. With the rise to power of Draconian supremacists and heterophobes in Drak-Modani politics, new policy of "State Heterophobia" has been enacted. Drak-Modan will automatically classify the outlook of any anti-LGBT nation as "Homophobic" (analogous to "Wary" in other diplomatic terms) regardless of other alliances, agreements, or past history.
Drak-Modan extends recognition to all members of the MCS except those nations found to be corrupt by Vanicism.
Bureau of Foreign Affairs
Foreign affairs and diplomacy is formally handled by the Co-Monarchs of Drak-Modan. In practice, they appoint a secretary to manage the Kingdom's foreign service, set policy, and manage the Bureau of Foreign Affairs.
Their Bovic Majesties' Secretary for Foreign Affairs is open to discussing treaties, trade deals, establishing diplomatic missions, and visa reciprocity.

Foreign relations and visa policies
The Secretary for Foreign Affairs is responsible for classifying each nation on Micras according to Drak-Modan's outlook for future cooperation with that nation. As of 1691, the Secretary has appointed an Assistant Secretary for Human Rights, who is responsible for determining a nation's diplomatic worth based on a state's LGBT civil rights at a national level. The Assistant Secretary has discretion to make decisions on what constitutes anti-LGBT national policy. For exampled, the inability for same-sex marriage and the classification of same-sex sexual activity are automatic anti-LGBT classification. Whereas blood-donation bans, lack of IVF support, and other peripheral rights may not automatically classify a nation as Homophobic. Unless where required by treaty, citizens of Homophobic nations are denied entry to Drak-Modan.

Despite the Pact-mandated relationship, Drak-Modan considers Constancia to be homophobic and advises Drak-Modani citizens to not travel there. |

After the Drak-Modani Civil War, Andrea Drakland (daughter of Kizzy) was invited to become Queen of Drak-Modan as co-ruler with the son of the Natopian emperor. |

Unified Governorates | Neutral | Freedom of movement | Raspur Pact. Tensions rising due to disagreements over Drak-Modan's interpretation of human supremacy as a cause to eradicate exclusively heterosexual citizens. Due to the brutal culture of the UGB, the lack of LGBT rights in the Unified Governorates is not explicitly homophobic, as the lack of common rights applied to everyone. However, this still suppresses members of the LGBT community, and the inability for transgender individuals to legally change gender was marked by the Assistant Secretary as "abhorrent and warrants additional review if UGB-Drak-Modani relations hope to ever improve beyond the bare minimum required by Raspur Pact obligations." |
West Skerry and Sri Pashana | Neutral | Visa required | No formal contact yet |
