The tense situation on Benacia has made foreign policy a top priority. Drak-Modan is still somewhat reliant upon support from Natopia, and in turn, is mostly aligned with Natopian foreign policy, including relations with other Raspur Pact members. Drak-Modan also follows a One Kaiser Policy, where it rejects any state or group that does not recognize Salome Ayreon-Kalirion as the Kaiseress of the Imperial Republic of Shireroth.
Drak-Modan extends recognition to all members of the MCS except those nations found to be corrupt by Vanicism.
Bureau of Foreign Affairs
Foreign affairs and diplomacy is formally handled by the Co-Monarchs of Drak-Modan. In practice, they appoint a secretary to manage the Kingdom's foreign service, set policy, and manage the Bureau of Foreign Affairs.
Their Bovic Majesties' Secretary for Foreign Affairs is open to discussing treaties, trade deals, establishing diplomatic missions, and visa reciprocity.
