Commission of Foreign Affairs

The Commission of Foreign Affairs is the government authority of the Elwynnese Republic responsible for Elwynn's foreign relations and visa policies. It is one of the three commissions of the Court of the Prince. As of 1685, the commissioner is Anosh Sarkash.

Multilateral

Elwynn is a member of the following super- or international organizations:

• Raspur Pact
• Micras Treaty Organization (MTO)
• Micronational Cartography Society (MCS)

Of these, most focus is to the Raspur Pact. As none of Elwynn's borders are in dispute, and because of Elwynn only bordering other countries (not the Green) Elwynn does not engage much with the MCS since its border adjustment with the Sovereign Confederation.

Bilateral

Note: This section only refers to current bilateral relations between extant MCS countries and Elwynn. As of 1691 AN, the Riqi Elluenuuerssuarion maintains a High Representative, with full plenipotentiary powers, in the capitals of all members of the Raspur Pact, and the Xaiville Convention, and a Representative Officer in the capital cities of all other recognised states. Where it is not possible for an appointed Representative Officer to take up his post he will be assigned to the diplomatic staff of in the Elwynnese mission to the country that acts as the protecting power for Elwynnese interests in the country affected.

Reestablished to friendly status in 1685 during the Batavian Revolution. Cooperating on matters related to Vanicism and the question of West Amokolia. Some distrust due to the syndicalist terrorists in northern Batavia.

Calbion	None.	Prohibition on travel to or from Calbion in view of hostile and isolationist attitude of the present government there. Nationals who disregard this travel instruction would forfeit their citizenship rights as per article six, section three, of the constitution.
Constancia	Formal	Friendly. Raspur Pact. An Imperial Constancian Embassy was established at Eliria in 1676 [1]. This was nothing more than the diplomatic upgrading of the former Royal Constancian Consulate-General to the former Imperial Republic of Shireroth.

Drak-Modan	Formal	Originally friendly. Raspur Pact. Relations complicated in 1690 after Drak-Modan announced that they would bring about an apartheid regulations that would designate heterosexual people as sub-human. Elwynnese ambassador to Drak-Modan was recalled to Eliria for consultations on 23.XII.1690.
