Phinbella is a federated state established since early RP 2615 with the president as the head of state only and not the head of government. The political divisions of Phinbella was created at the end of RP 2615 through Nouméa Accord that directly recognized the second tier of the Phinbellan government and all entities within Phinbella united under this president. Phinbella is divided into three autonomous entities and two dependent territories, namely the Free area of the Federation, Oriental Taemhwan, Niuē i Taman Lawang, the People’s Corridor Territory of Permata Mutiara and the Ross Dependency which is the Phinbellan Antarctic territorial claim.
Free area of the Federation or known as Phinbella area is an entity whose majority are Phineaners, Taesongeans and Phinbellan Indians, Oriental Taemhwan is majority are Irish and Taemhwaners, Niuē i Taman Lawang is majority are Constancian, Phineaner and Thraci who have identities that distinctive in this entity, it's knownly as Niuēians.
