The foreign affairs of the Kingdom of Ransenar are conducted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, commonly called the Foreign Office, which is a department of the Ransenari Cabinet. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is headed by a Minister of Foreign Affairs, who is appointed by the Lord Chief Steward. Several other government agencies, intelligence agencies, and officials play a role in helping set policy.
Ransenar is a member of the MTO.

Hurmu | Good relations. Hurmu–Raspur Pact Free Trade Agreement finally ratified by Ransenar in 1705. Since 1691, when the Lord Steward had signed the treaty, Ransenar's legislature has for each session stalled ratification due disputes over the livestock ban clause in the treaty. Hurmu and Ransenar, along with the Raspur Pact, sought to resolve the interpretation dispute. In 1705, the dispute was resolved and Ransenar's legislature ratified the treaty.
