Secretariat of Velibor Jovanović-Smičić

The secretariat of Velibor Jovanović-Smičić is the present executive of the Order of the Holy Lakes (Hurmu) from 24.XIV.1739. It succeeded the caretaker secretariat of Marcus Avon-El Myksos.
