Talal Sayfasad (born 1707, aged 44) is a Hurmu Conservative politician from the Emirate of Al-Khadra. He is the present First Secretary of State (since 1746). He was elected to the position on 16.III.1746 and his secretariat was inaugurated on the same day. He was previously the Minister of Sport (1740–1746).
He is son of Yafar Sayfasad, Nayib al'Amir of the Emirate of Al-Khadra, and Musbah bint Asad. During the state visit of Hurmu to Çakaristan, Talal met Aigerim Serik, a student at the University of Šer-Ku-Riž. He did not have the opportunity to obtain her contact details, not even her name. Through the Çakari embassy, he tracked her down and travelled secretly to Šer-Ku-Riž. There he found her and they went on a date. Love blossomed and the two married a year and a half later in Khanabad. The tabloid press criticised the eighteen-year age difference between Talal and Aigerim.
