It succeeded the Cabinet of Jamshid-e Osman and preceded the cabinet of Ghawetkiin Enkhjargal. It was a coalition government consisting of representatives of the Social and Democratic Party of Hurmu, the Communist Workers' Party, and the Hizb ul-ʿUmrāti ul-Hurmu.
