This article discusses the Elwynnese Republic's foreign relations. These relations are linked to the visa policy of Elwynn.

Multilateral

Elwynn is a member of the following super- or international organizations:

• Raspur Pact
• Micras Treaty Organization (MTO)
• Micronational Cartography Society (MCS)

Of these, most focus is to the Raspur Pact. As none of Elwynn's borders are in dispute, and because of Elwynn only bordering other countries (not the Green) Elwynn does not engage much with the MCS since its border adjustment with the Sovereign Confederation.

During 1678 negotiated, without animus, the transfer of sovereignty that would allow the eventual reunification of Normark with Elwynn.

Tellia	Informal	Elwynn is displeased with Tellia's seemingly inefficient occupation of the southern portion of Angularis, which resulted in Tellian mafia incursions into Alalehzamin. Elwynn has deployed forces along the frontier facing a peacekeeping force deployed by the South Benacian Community.

West Amokolia	Formal (Suspended)	Complicated. There are two treaties between West Amokolia and Elwynn, the treaties of Brandenburg and Concord. The validity of the Treaty of Concord, for Elwynn's part, appears to be in question after repudiated by the Council of Eliria. Former Prince Ander Avon-El renounced the repudiation as illegal. No other action since. Have borders and a sense of shared culture with regard to greater Amokolia. There appears to be distrust between the governments however. West Amokolia has pressured Elwynn on ceding Avaldsnes to West Amokolia which Elwynn cannot fathom why. Diplomatic relations broken off after 21.VII.1678 following the closure of the Inner Amokolian Frontier by the regime in Brandenburg.
