Biography

Early life

Born in Los Bananos in 1726 AN, to an unknown domestic, upon whom the deposed King of Normark, Tarjei Thorgilsson, had previously imposed himself. The circumstances of her lineage were noted by the N&H Future Leadership Programme, but otherwise she was permitted to live in the community as though a bastard. In common with the practice of the time, her mother, of whom details were subsequently lost, would have received a modest stipend from the Crown of Normark in recognition of the impositions made upon her, as was the practice at the time.

Evacuated to the Governorate of Absentien via the Boreal Air Bridge at the onset of the East Keltian Collapse (1736 AN). Removed from filtration camp and sent to Sansabury for physical and psychiatric evaluation after identification as wellborn, 1737 AN. Transferred to the Holding Centre for Persons of Rank (Merensk), a camp under the administration of the Women's Auxiliary Service, in 1737 AN. Billeted at the Reception & Indoctrination Centre of the Honourable Company in Rothaven, 1738 AN1741 AN.

Following Benacian defeat in the Shiro-Benacian War, maritime communications resumed between the UGB and Ransenar and Helga was transferred to the Lune Villa Finishing School for remedial training 1741 AN1742 AN. Referred to the BIND Institute for evaluation, 1742 AN. Einhorn Society and Normark Memorial Heritage Foundation notified for the first time of her whereabouts and condition, with a visit of inspection by Constancian consular officials taking place in 1742 AN. Constancian nationality by right of her father's prior investiture was confirmed in the same year.

Attended upon Chryseandokht al-Osman at the Bothan Institute in the first months of 1743 AN, underwent a successful course of conditioned harmonisation and responded well to ideological messaging. Evaluated as excellent at cold reading, proficient in social emotional manipulation, and tolerably adequate with regards to etiquette. Attended the debutante ball in Chryse for 1743 AN before joining the household of Sigmundr Birgir Tarjeisson in Shahzamin for reorientation regarding Norse customs.

Constancia

Enrolled into the Vanguard Division of the Einhorn Society, 1743 AN. Received specialist tuition on Euran languages, as part of a specialised package of support provided by tutors from the Primo de Aguilar Institute of the Humanities, prior to her entrance into the Imperial Institute for Civil Administration and State Authority in 1744 AN.

Received certification in Administrative Theory and Practice, Economic Coordination and Planning, and Philosophical Foundations of Governance, graduating thereby in 1747 AN. Attached to the Central Secretariat of the Constancian Nationalist & Humanist Party in Petropolis, 1747 AN1750 AN, notably as a case worker for the Compliance and Discipline Team which monitored the Regional Sector Parties in the provinces for signs of deviation.

Resigned from position with the Constancian Nationalist & Humanist Party at the direction of the Einhorn Society, 1750 AN.

Benacian Union

Directed to return to Chryse by the Einhorn Society in 1750 AN. Tasked to establish a position in society commensurate with a person of rank in the hierarchy of the Benacian Union. Took employment with the Honourable Chrysean Trading Company whilst living a lifestyle incommensurate with the salary she received for working in databases. Frequented Chrysean Opera House, the Benacian Museum of Antiquities, Chrysean Academy of Fine Arts, and the galas and balls of the Chrysean social calendar. Gained a reputation for being notoriously wanton during the Chrysean Festival of Roqpin of 1752 AN. Frequented nationalistic circles within the Normarker diaspora in the city.

Made the acquaintance of Waldemar al-Osman, an officer with the Benacian Union Defence Force, via the aforementioned social networks in 1751 AN. Quickly built a rapport through active mirroring and matching speech patterns, and once it was established that he was a candidate for command of a significant part of the city garrison, she gracefully accepted the proposition of marriage she had led him to by the end of the year.

The marriage and her husband's advantageous promotion would both occur in 1752 AN.
