The Benacian Investigation of Neurodevelopmental Disorders (BIND) Institute, established at Zolt in 1725 AN, is a consortium of academicians, physicians, and N&H higher education and indoctrination specialists dedicated to researching the causes of and treatments for neurodevelopmental and asocial personality disorders in juvenile subjects of the Union-State. Governed by a charter received from the Benacian Academy, the BIND Institute worked closely with the N&H Future Leadership Programme from its inception to address developmental issues arising amongst wellborn members of the selectively bred new elite who were failing to attain, or even to fully strive for, their identified optimum potential.
