Commission of Foreign Affairs

The Commission of Foreign Affairs is the government authority of the Elwynnese Republic responsible for Elwynn's foreign relations and visa policies. It is one of the three commissions of the Court of the Prince

Multilateral

Elwynn is a member of the following super- or international organizations:

• Raspur Pact
• Micras Treaty Organization (MTO)
• Micronational Cartography Society (MCS)

Of these, most focus is to the Raspur Pact. As none of Elwynn's borders are in dispute, and because of Elwynn only bordering other countries (not the Green) Elwynn does not engage much with the MCS since its border adjustment with the Sovereign Confederation.

Constancia	Formal	Friendly. Raspur Pact. An Imperial Constancian Embassy was established at Eliria in 1676 [1]. This was nothing more than the diplomatic upgrading of the former Royal Constancian Consulate-General to the former Imperial Republic of Shireroth.

Francia	Quarantine	There were three treaties between Francia and Elwynn, the treaties of Brandenburg, Concord and Norfae. The Treaty of Concord, for Elwynn's part, was repudiated by the Council of Eliria. Share borders and a sense of shared culture with regard to greater Amokolia. There appears to be distrust between the governments however. Francia repeatedly pressured Elwynn on ceding Dravotih iker to Francia which Elwynn cannot fathom why, along with Elwynnese Amokolia. Diplomatic relations broken off after 21.VII.1678 following the closure of the Inner Amokolian Frontier by the regime in Brandenburg. War broke out which a few months later was settled with a peace treaty. The Elwynnese Government rejected the characterisation of the Auspicious Occasion as a criminal act, refused repeated invitations to conference, and resumed work in 1680 on fortifying the frontier. Tellia	Formal	Friendly. Elwynn and Tellia have resolved their differences, agreed on how to conduct their relations and work on inter-Tellian affairs (i.e. between Tellia and Bailiwick of Northern Tellia).
