Candidates
- Helena Strand, Norse school teacher from Eliria turned politician. Conducător of the Congressional Counties since 1681. Democratic Party of Elwynn. Has support from the Nationalist and Humanist Party and from the Party of Reunification.
- Amin Salman al-Beebullahabadi, an Umraist Baatharzi-speaking cleric from Allswell, seeks to stir up Babkhi ethnocentrism. Believes that the N&H have turned the Babkhi people away from God, only God will save Elwynn. Extremely conservative. Has a good working-class message. Misogynistic, anti-gay, anti-alcohol, anti-drugs, basically anti-fun. Pro-cudgelling though.
- Patrush Adarenzadeh, Elwynnese Workers' Party mayor from Alalehzamin.
- Deirdre Valour, from Avakair. Member of the Shirerithian Folksraad for the National Movement for Human Ecology (NMHE) (pre-1671). Local environmentalist and academic. Accuses the established parties of not taking care of the environment, member of the Ecological Movement, Goldshire, Goldshire's NMHE branch. Is happy about the Froyalanish genocide as it was good for the environment. Wants to sterilize all humans in Elwynn, and only offer counter-sterilization treatments to people who pass a certain test ("Licence to Reproduce"). Popular among the youth and environment-conscious, as well as in SCAR.
- Jorgen Basker-Daal, leader of the Amokolian People's Party, from Anun. Had a reputation as a negotiator and bridge builder. Upholds the unity of the Elwynnese Republic, wishes for the establishment of an Amokolian autonomous republic. Violently anti-Frankish in his rhetoric.
Banned Candidates
- Rigoberto "Rob" Delahaye, former businessman from Port Illumination. Delahaye attempted to run on the "Independent Elwynn" platform. In favour of a soft Elwxit from the Raspur Pact, highly critical of the influence of foreign political movements in the Elwynnese Republic. According to the Council of Eliria's official statement on the matter, his candidacy was terminated on account of his failure to properly communicate/register though the proper channels. In spite of this, Delahaye insists his run was cut short by a multinational conspiracy acting through the upper echelons of Elwynnese politics against his platform.
