Elections across Elwynn to the Raspur Pact Parliamentary Assembly were held on 1.XIV.1683. These were the first Elwynnese elections to the Raspur Pact's legislative–advisory body.
Elwynn elected 81 delegates. For the purposes of this election, Elwynn was divided into five constituencies where each autonomous republic formed one constituency. The Alalehzamini Autonomous Republic elected 33 delegates, the Congressional Counties 18 delegates, the Sovereign Confederation 17 delegates, the Amokolian Republic 9 delegates, and Normark 4 delegates.
