Rigoberto "Rob" Delahaye is a businessman, activist and media personality from Northern Elwynn who attempted to participate in the 1683 Elwynnese princely elections as an independent, nationalist, candidate. His candidacy was terminated after being banned from participating by the Council of Eliria, which has a majority of foreign politicians who regarded Delahaye's message as a direct threat. Following his ban from the election, Delahaye remains on an undisclosed location in the North, from where he shares videos and livestreams with messages highly critical of the government to the Elwnet.
