Stratárchis Periklês Metaxas (Περικλῆς Μεταξάς), nephew of mesazon Andreas Metaxas, formerly officer commanding the Constancian Contingent Command of the Allied Mission in Eastern Apollonia, Hurmu & Lyrica (1700 AN–1704 AN), served as the head of the Grand Commissariat of allied forces in the Trans-Euran Continental Theatre Command.
As gratitude for his services to the Imperial State, raised to the Imperial Senate at the beginning of the 13th Imperial Synkletos beginning 1717. Refused to leave his post, but provided comments to Imperial Synkletos documents via courier and via representatives and friends in the Imperial Senate and the Dikastis of the Synkletos, particularly those hailing from Raspur.
Mesazon of the Imperial State of Constancia, assuming office at the beginning of 1727, serving until 14.I.1731.

- 1678 AN – 1682 AN: Posted to the 3rd Syntagma (Infantry)
- 1679 AN: Promoted to Ypolochagos (1st Lieutenant) on seniority
- 1682 AN – 1686 AN: Officer commanding, 1st Troop of the 4th Squadron in the 3rd Syntagma (Infantry)
- 1685 AN: Operation Venom's Rush, attached to staff as volunteer
- 1686 AN: Purchased commission of a Lochagos (Captain)
- 1686 AN – 1690 AN: Placed on half-pay and assigned to the 642nd Brigade of the Home Guard
- 1690 AN: Razjania Maneuvers, attached to Aqaba Banner Command as liaison for the Merarhia Pezikou
- 1690 AN – 1693 AN: Attached to the Arâk Brigade

Personal life
Relationships
Married Ekaterina Ivanova Maksimilianova-Shvinnskaya in 1717. By that act, Periklês married into the erm, "family" of Giakoumis (Ekaterina being Giakoumis's granddaughter through an affair with Catarina de Todos los Santos u-Kart). Ekaterina is mostly known to the Chicha press however as the socialite daughter of Hopsy.
