Andrea Metaxas
Andrea Metaxas, born 1718 (35 AN years old), is son of Periklês Metaxas and Ekaterini Metaxas.
In accordance with the Petropolis Compact, he is in line to inherit the Principality of Molivadia.
Enlisted (by operation of law) in the Military Household of Stratárchis (Field Marshal) Periklês Metaxas, Central Eura Army Group, on his 18th birthday, 1736, as an ordinary Sarbaz (Soldier). Commissioned Anthypolochagos (2nd Lieutenant) in the Imperial Constancian Army on his 21st birthday, and appointed Aide-de-Camp to his father the Stratárchis.
Appointed to the Beighagh Commission after conclusion of the Beihagh Treaty in 1740. Promoted accordingly to Ypolochagos (1st Lieutenant).
Elected to the Board of Directors of Oranjesion Shipping Corporation effective 1.I.1742. Promoted to Lochagos (Captain) at the beginning of 1743.
Promoted to Tagmatarchis (Major) at the beginning of 1746. Given command of a security Moíra under his father's Military Household.
Promoted to Sarhang at the beginning of 1748, and appointed chief of staff of his father's Military Household. Appointed to the Imperial Senate on 14.XI.1748, the 1748 Extraordinary Investiture.
Reappeared in Corum Electric City during the final months of 1748 AN with the brevet rank of taxiarchos and an irregular commission to organise a razzia into the interior of the continent, targeting the parties lately engaged in ongoing hostilities.
The possibility, alluded to in the anti-regime press outlets of the unsanctioned diaspora, that Andrea had engaged in an unsanctioned razzia following the conclusion of operations were, of course, unsubstantiated.
Initially rumored, but later confirmed, to be in a relationship with Darya Tehrani as of 1752. The confirmation was due to the fact that he had already brought her home to formally meet his parents. They approved of the match and gave their blessing, impressed with her credentials, career, and character. The parents also knew full well what the Metaxas name could bring for her - a real, familial relationship with the ruling Imperial dynasty, and the subsequent benefits attendant thereof.
Confirmed in rank, and appointed to command of the Honour Guard of the Autokrator with effect from 13.XIII.1752 AN.
