A Kind of Magic, commonly referred to as the Highlanders is a Mercurian football club based in the city of Deacon, which competes in the Mercury Premier League. The team was founded in 2011, and competed in the Mercury League, finishing 5th out of 6 teams.
In 2012, the team was beaten to the final promotion place by Mullen Albion on goal difference, but they won promotion the next year, after defeating AFC Heartpool 3–2 in the play-offs.
