The 2016 EMU Championships, commonly referred to as EMU 2016, was the seventh tournament of the EMU Championships, and was held in Hamland between 30 July and 13 August 2016. The eight competing national teams all qualified successfully to be involved. The tournament's matches were played in eight stadiums in eight different cities around Hamland, with one of these being in the Hammish dependency of Taeland.
The tournament was won by Passas, for their third title, who beat Nova England in the final in New Kirriemuir.
